Job summary

G R Infraprojects Limited in India is seeking an experienced Lead Design & Engineering for BESS projects to steer electrical, civil, and system integration efforts from concept through execution, ensuring technical excellence and full EPC compliance.

You will review and approve design drawings and specifications, coordinate with the execution team to align site works, optimize designs for cost and performance, and mentor large engineering teams while advancing grid stability and renewable

Qualifications

• B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 20+ years of design & engineering experience in Power/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substations, or energy storage systems.
• Experience in BESS or Renewable Energy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete design & engineering of BESS project (electrical, civil, system integration)
• Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure design compliance with standards and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with execution team to ensure design-to-site alignment
