Luminous Power Technologies invites an experienced DGM-Production to oversee Topcon solar cell production lines at Gopalpur. The role emphasizes hands-on process engineering, troubleshooting, and delivering smooth operations across greenfield installations.

With 15–18 years in solar cell production and exposure to Topcon/HJT/PERC, you will lead process optimization, coordinate R&D collaborations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain production records for continuous improvement.

Competenze

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields.
• 15-18 years of experience in solar cell production; exposure to Topcon/HJT/PERC preferred.
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Hands-on experience with process control, troubleshooting, and quality systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
