Job summary

Super Management is seeking a seasoned maintenance head to lead and manage the entire maintenance function of the plant, ensuring performance of HPDC machines, CNC/VMC machining centers, and plant utilities.

The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, legal compliance, and safety, while leading and developing a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to drive reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HPDC machines from UBE, Toshiba, Zitai, Xizumi & BMC (Any).
• Experience with utilities, infrastructure, compliance & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire maintenance function of the plant.
• Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safe operations.
