Qualifications

• 2–4 years of deployment, installation, commissioning, or maintenance experience on industrial automation systems.
• IoT, robotics or industrial equipment exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate systems and perform testing prior to deployment.
• Install, configure, and commission robotics and automation at customer sites.
• Integrate solutions with cameras, PLCs, servers, sensors and equipment.
• Provide customer training and post‑deployment support and troubleshooting.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Deployment Engineer to manage the installation, commissioning, integration, and support of robotics, AI, and automation solutions at customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands‑on experience with industrial systems, and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure successful project deployments.

Key Responsibilities

System Validation & Testing

• Perform system validation and testing prior to deployment.
• Conduct hardware and software functionality checks.
• Ensure systems meet deployment readiness standards.
• Maintain testing records and validation reports.

Deployment & Installation

• Install, configure, and commission robotics and automation systems at customer sites.
• Integrate deployed solutions with cameras, PLCs, servers, sensors, and industrial equipment.
• Coordinate with customer teams for seamless system implementation.
• Support assembly line integration and production deployment activities.

Customer Training & Technical Support

• Conduct training sessions for customer operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide post‑deployment technical support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor deployed systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Address customer concerns and resolve technical issues promptly.

Maintenance & Service Management

• Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage field service activities and issue resolution.
• Work with internal teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain deployment documentation, installation reports, and service records.
• Prepare customer handover documents and deployment sign-offs.
• Track deployment milestones and report project status.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in deployment, installation, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial automation systems.
• Experience working with IoT, robotics, automation, or industrial equipment is preferred.
