Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in PM.
• Hands-on experience with turnkey automation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Engineering.
• PMP, CAPM or CSM certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of automation and engineering projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document BRD, FRD, SRS.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules for on-time delivery.
• Lead daily Scrum meetings and sprint execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, software, and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Track scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Ensure PMO processes, quality standards, and audit compliance.
• Communicate project progress with stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of turnkey automation and industrial technology projects while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of automation and engineering projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead daily Scrum meetings and manage sprint execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, software, and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and project risks.
• Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Communicate project progress effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Project Management.
• Hands-on experience managing turnkey and industrial automation projects.
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Engineering domains.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.
