Job summary

Kimirica is a luxury D2C brand seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to drive demand forecasting and planning across D2C, retail and marketplace channels. The role focuses on forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization and replenishment to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities include SKU-level forecasting, monthly demand plans, and coordinating with Sales, E-commerce, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning or Inventory Planning.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, beauty, personal care or lifestyle categories will be an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, demand planning tools, ERP systems and data analysis is required.

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, promotions, product launches and business inputs across D2C, retail and marketplace channels.
• Analyse sales, inventory, stock cover, sell-through, availability and forecast accuracy using planning tools and dashboards to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and rolling demand plans, coordinating with Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, NPD and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business plans and campaigns.
• Drive supply planning by translating demand forecasts into procurement, production and replenishment requirements in coordination with sourcing, manufacturing and warehouse teams, considering lead times and capacity constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability, identifying stock-out risks, excess inventory and slow-moving SKUs, and recommend corrective actions to balance demand and supply.
• Incorporate new launches, promotional campaigns, festive demand and seasonal peaks into demand and supply plans. Maintain planning dashboards, track forecast accuracy and inventory health, and provide actionable insights to management.

ROLE SUMMARY

Kimirica is a luxury D2C brand offering premium products across Bath & Body, Skincare, Fragrances, Home, Wellness and Gifting. The Demand & Supply Planner will primarily drive demand forecasting and planning, alongside supply planning, inventory management and replenishment across D2C, retail and marketplace channels. The role will analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions and business plans to develop accurate forecasts and align supply with demand, ensuring product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience with demand and supply planning tools, ERP systems and inventory planning platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis and forecasting models.
• Ability to interpret sales trends, seasonality, SKU-level data, forecast variances, procurement lead times and supply constraints.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills to align demand forecasts with procurement, production and replenishment plans in a fast-paced D2C / retail environment.
