Job summary

ABFRL in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to drive forecast accuracy, manage inventory across channels, and optimize replenishment planning.

You will support S&OP with demand insights, collaborate with Merchandising, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance, and lead demand planning for seasonal launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and data analytics.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from sales and inventory data.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
