Job summary

Becon is seeking a Demand Planning Executive to manage forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability across channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate demand signals and optimal stock levels.

The role requires 2–4 years in related fields, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. FMCG/retail experience is preferred and ERP/SAP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel with data analysis.
• Experience with FMCG, D2C, Retail or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.

Requirements
