Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior IT leader to collaborate with the CIO and business units to define business requirements, technology strategies, and roadmaps that strengthen competitive positioning and align with organizational objectives.

You will oversee the development of IT vision, architectures, and standards, and drive enterprise-wide modernization while ensuring governance and policy alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and business units to develop business requirements, technology strategies, and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Define and oversee the development of IT vision, strategies, architectures, and standards to support long-term organizational goals and evolving technology needs.
• Determine enterprise-wide IT requirements and drive strategy for hardware, software, and infrastructure acquisition, integration, and modernization.
• Establish governance frameworks to guide IT policy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide decision-making and operating models.
• Provide oversight of infrastructure, production operations, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
• Lead IT operations to ensure service levels, performance, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Drive long-term IT resource planning, including budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
