Skyleaf Consultants LLP is seeking a Technology Strategy leader to define and execute the organization’s tech roadmap, oversee modernization, governance, and end-to-end delivery across engineering, IT, QA, and DevOps. The role emphasizes secure, scalable architecture, CI/CD adoption, and strong collaboration with business units.

The position requires building a high-performance IT organization, ensuring uptime, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient operations while guiding vendor engagements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy and long-term architectural roadmap.
• Lead modernization of core systems into scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Establish technology standards, frameworks, and governance across engineering and IT teams.
• Lead engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps functions for timely, high-quality delivery of technology initiatives.
• Implement modern development practices including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and agile ways of working.
• Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of all technology platforms.
• Oversee internal IT infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, enterprise applications, and service delivery.
• Ensure systems uptime, resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive cost-effective operations, IT process efficiency, and continuous optimization of internal IT services.
• Strengthen information security posture, data protection, and technology governance across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with industry-relevant standards, internal audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Implement secure coding, DevSecOps, and proactive monitoring practices.
