Job summary

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee IT operations, cyber security, and governance across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on high availability, data protection, and regulatory compliance for pharma IT applications.

Responsibilities include managing ERP, DMS, QMS, CRM and HR systems, driving DRP/BCP readiness, and leading AI/ML initiatives to enhance productivity and decision-making in a regulated pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with 12-14 years in pharma IT.
• Experience in IT security, governance, and compliance.
• Experience in vendor management and AI/ML adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations ensuring high availability, uptime, and system performance.
• Manage data centers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and end-user services.
• Establish DR/BCP readiness and system resilience.
• Applications Management and Project management.
• Handle enterprise applications (ERP, DMS, QMS, CRM, HR systems, collaboration tools).
• Ensure smooth deployment, upgrades, and integration of applications.
• Provide user support and training for business-critical applications.
• Managing new/exiting project.

Job description

IT Operation and IT Infrastructure management

• Lead IT operations ensuring high availability, uptime, and system performance
• Manage data centers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and end-user services
• Establish DR/BCP readiness and system resilience.
• Applications Management and Project management
• Handle enterprise applications (ERP, DMS, QMS, CRM, HR systems, collaboration tools).
• Ensure smooth deployment, upgrades, and integration of applications.
• Provide user support and training for business-critical applications.
• Managing new/exiting project

Cyber Security

• Define and implement cyber security controls across infrastructure and applications
• Manage IT security operations, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
• Ensure data protection compliance and risk mitigation

IT Compliance & Governance

• Implement and enforce global IT policies, standards, and procedures locally
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws.
• Conduct periodic IT audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure the regulatory compliance in GxP IT Applications

Vendor and stakeholder management

• Manage local IT vendors, contracts, and service providers
• Ensure vendor compliance with SLAs and security requirements.
• Implement AI/ML solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making

Years of Experience - 12- 14 years (Pharma industry experience preferred)
