Job summary

Digital is Simple is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven initiatives. The role focuses on client management, delivery governance, and leading cross-functional teams from planning to execution.

You will drive Agile/Scrum delivery, define KPIs, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive planning, resources, execution, and risk management across programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Product, and Design teams.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle project reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
• Support pre-sales activities and effort estimations.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technologyprojects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
