Job description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client management, delivery governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across modern digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technologyprojects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
