Job summary

G10X in Kochi seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for delivery and account management. The role covers delivery assurance, client relationships, P&L management, people leadership and governance.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and SOWs, build strong client partnerships and lead multiple software development projects ensuring quality and profitability. Strong leadership and hiring experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and utilization across projects.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery, development and project-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal delivery, governance and operational processes.
• Lead team development, mentoring, performance management and succession planning.
• Support hiring and resource planning at the account level.
• Contribute to proposals, account initiatives and client case studies.
