Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in Bengaluru/ NCR/ Mumbai with 10–16 years of experience in banking product implementations. The role focuses on release management, budget control, and coordinating large teams across multi-release programs.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, high-level communication with senior management, and a proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements while driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of core Domains (banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage.
• Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
• Conducts daily scums to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
• Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
