Job summary

Goodfit is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end data and analytics projects using Agile/Scrum. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining governance across initiatives.

The role requires 8–12 years of overall experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery/Program Management, plus 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile settings. Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years overall experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery / Program Management.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, BI, and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data projects (Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, ML).
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
• Develop and track detailed project plans and sprint roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to delivery governance and reporting standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support multi-team coordination for large enterprise data programs.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and strong collaboration across teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Drive sprint velocity tracking and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Scrum best practices are followed across teams.
• Act as secondary primary interface between business, technology, and leadership.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and change requests.
