Job summary

JobItUs is hiring a Delivery Manager to own the complete delivery lifecycle for strategic customer accounts. You will ensure timely fulfillment of technical hiring requirements while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead engineering and technology hiring, manage stakeholders, and drive governance meetings. Focus on process improvements, scheduling, and recruiter productivity across IT staffing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA (HR/Operations) preferred.
• Experience in IT staffing and recruitment operations.
• Proven leadership in delivery to strategic accounts.
