Job summary

Movate Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a senior delivery leader to own product engineering initiatives and guide large, cross-functional programs. The role emphasizes hands-on Data/AI delivery transformation, strong client-facing communication, and leadership across offshore engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing BFSI delivery portfolios, P&L responsibilities, and executive stakeholder engagement in complex IT projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, technology or digital transformation.
• Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience in P&L, revenue, margin and commercial management.
• Delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps and SDLC.
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or modern platforms preferred.
• Exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.
