Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an accomplished Sr IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of IT projects.

The role requires strategic, delivery-driven leadership and strong client-facing skills to manage senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across BFSI, Healthcare, Lifesciences, and Wealth Management domains. You will establish roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure governance and SDLC/Agile adherence, and promote AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project or program delivery leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives (digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, app development).
• Strong client stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and IT governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global delivery teams.
• Background in consulting, managed services, or large-scale system integration.

Responsibilities

• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility.
• Understand client business needs and strategic objectives to propose value-aligned solutions.
• Manage expectations, provide transparent communication, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate executive-level presentations and status reporting; translate technical concepts into business insights.

• Strong, demonstrable client stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional, global delivery teams.
• Background in consulting, managed services, or large-scale system integration engagements.

Preferred

• PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
