Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Gurgaon, India, seeks a Delivery Lead for our Private Markets finance operations. You will lead sourcing, procurement, and AP activities, partnering with global private equity funds and corporations.

Key responsibilities include vendor management, contract renewal analysis, month-end close support, audits, and driving process improvements with ERP platforms (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and Power BI.

Qualifications

• MBA / B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Finance Operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale AP operations.
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle, vendor management, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Market Data vendor relationships with limited supervision; Contract negotiation, commercial structuring, vendor relationship management.
• Monthly reporting around spend, savings tracking, renewals, utilization and vendor activity.
• Vendor profiling and renewal analysis for leadership briefings.
• Contract consolidation: reduce fragmented renewal dates and master agreements to a single, standardized structure per vendor.
• Gap identification and closure across the vendor portfolio.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end AP reporting.
• Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely closure of observations and strengthening of controls frameworks.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process transitions, and change management programs to support business growth and operational scalability.
• Provide leadership updates and actionable insights to senior management through data-driven analysis and performance reporting.

Position description:

The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations
