Job summary

Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring a Senior Professional for Business Operations in Gurgaon. You will manage contract lifecycle, billing accuracy and revenue analysis within the Finance department, coordinating with sales, legal and delivery teams.

Ideal candidates have 6–9 years of experience, a BCom Hons degree, and strong ERP/Salesforce knowledge, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a permanent on-site role at Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• BCom Hons is required.

• Strong MS Office skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contracts through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery teams in Salesforce.
• Track renewals and price revisions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain contractual databases and supporting evidence.
• Review newly signed customer contracts and process sales orders in CRM.
• Ensure billing is accurate and on time, with no leakage.
• Support audits related to contracts, sales orders and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contract through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery team in Salesforce system
• Tracking contract renewals and price revisions, and facilitating the same via working with sales, legal and delivery
• Tracking and managing contractual databases along contract copy/supporting evidence
• Review newly signed customers contracts and process sales order in CRM system
• Ensuring billing is done accurately, timely as per contract and no leakage in billing/revenue
• Facilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales order, billing etc.
• Assist in revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis
• Supporting sales related MIS reports for management
