Job summary

Acuity Analytics, a global tech-enabled firm, is hiring a Delivery Lead in Gurgaon to oversee private markets procurement and finance operations. You will manage vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and lead AP teams across month/quarter/year-end closes while ensuring controls and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in sourcing, procurement, and finance operations, with ERP experience (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• MBA / B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Finance Operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale AP operations.
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle, vendor management, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely closure of observations and continuous strengthening of control frameworks.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process transitions, and change management programs to support business growth and operational scalability.
• Provide leadership updates and actionable insights to senior management through data-driven analysis and performance reporting.

The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.
