Job summary

Acuity Analytics, the trading name of Acuity Knowledge Partners, is a global finance-focused services provider. The Senior Professional in Gurgaon will manage contract drafting, renewals, invoicing and revenue controls within Salesforce and ERP environments.

You will collaborate with sales, legal and delivery teams, ensuring accurate billing, supporting audits and contributing to revenue forecasting while leveraging MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• B. Com (H) with MBA/CA Inter/CMA/ICWA or equivalent required.
• Experience 6–9 years in finance/contracts and revenue processes.
• Location Gurgaon; BCom Hons is a must have.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contracts through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery teams in Salesforce system.
• Track renewals and price revisions; coordinate with sales, legal and delivery teams.
• Maintain contractual databases and support contract copy/evidence.
• Review newly signed customers' contracts and process sales orders in CRM.
• Ensure billing is accurate and timely per contract; prevent revenue leakage.
• Facilitate statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales orders and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and executing contract through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery team in Salesforce system
• Tracking contract renewals and price revisions, and facilitating the same via working with sales, legal and delivery
• Tracking and managing contractual databases along contract copy/supporting evidence
• Review newly signed customers contracts and process sales order in CRM system
• Ensuring billing is done accurately, timely as per contract and no leakage in billing/revenue
• Facilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales order, billing etc.
• Assist in revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis
• Supporting sales related MIS reports for management
