Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Agile Lead / IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. You will lead Agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and vendors to ensure governance, quality, and business value.

The role requires hands-on Agile delivery leadership across Scrum and Kanban, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and CA Clarity.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As an Agile Lead / IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technology projects and Agile delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of initiatives from inception through deployment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver business value while maintaining governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
• Strong background as an Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs
