About the Role

We're looking for a delivery leader with deep expertise in Solar PV, Wind, Substations, Transmission & Distribution, and Power Systems Engineering to build and scale a world-class offshore engineering practice.

• Lead multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams.
• Ensure technical quality across renewable and power system projects.
• Drive client delivery, governance, and engineering excellence.

We're Looking For

• 15+ years in Energy, Utilities, or Power Systems Engineering.
• Leadership experience managing global/offshore engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Wind, Substations, T&D, ETAP, PLS-CADD, Bentley Substation, Revit MEP, and Civil 3D.
• Experience working with North American utility clients preferred.
