Job summary

Indovance Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the Infrastructure & Heavy Civil Business Unit and oversee global offshore delivery for large-scale North American projects.

You will own end-to-end delivery, technical quality, operational excellence, and business performance across highways, bridges, rail, utilities, aviation, drainage, grading, and BIM workflows. This is a strategic leadership role with P&L ownership and global client engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering.
• 10+ years in engineering delivery leadership.
• Experience managing offshore or global engineering teams.
• Expertise in BIM workflows using Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit Structure.
