Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Delivery Excellence to lead governance, quality, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across IT services and consulting units.

You will drive delivery excellence governance, manage escalations, ensure QMS, ISO and audit compliance, and spearhead process improvements, productivity, and CSAT/NPS initiatives. Strong leadership and domain expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 14–20 years of experience in IT Services or Consulting organizations.
• Strong expertise in Delivery Excellence, SQA, Governance, Quality and Process Excellence.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Project Management and QA lifecycles.
• Experience with CMMI, ISO 9001, QMS, audits and compliance frameworks.
