Job summary

Virtusa in Chennai, India seeks a Delivery Excellence Coach (DEC) with 15–20 years of AM/Manager level experience. The role focuses on advancing delivery quality, process maturity, and agile adoption across large accounts.

You will drive improvements, mentor delivery teams, analyze quality metrics, and implement AI-assisted SDLC practices while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on various SDLC lifecycles.
• Knowledge on CMMI, ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies.
• Hands on experience in Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge about ALM tools like JIRA/ADO.
• Good knowledge about AI in SDLC, AI assisted delivery.
• Hands-on experience in facilitating large project teams / accounts or as part of delivery worked as a scrum master/project manager/lead
• Hands-on experience in driving Improvements
• Hands-on experience in Quality Metrics analysis, reporting and high maturity
• Experience in training project teams on Quality Management System
• Good oral and written communication skills, customer facing experience
