Job summary

Discovery Motors is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for its Sales Operations / Vehicle Delivery team in Gurgaon. You will coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery processes, liaise with multiple departments and ensure all documentation is complete for smooth handovers to customers.

The role requires strong coordination, customer service orientation and excellent communication. You will manage delivery appointments, ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and contribute to daily MIS reporting to track

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle delivery processes to ensure timely handover to customers.
• Liaise with Sales, Registration, Insurance, Accessories, Finance, and PDI teams for delivery readiness.
• Verify all vehicle delivery documents, including invoice, registration, insurance, and customer acknowledgments.
• Schedule vehicle delivery appointments and coordinate with customers.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, accessorized, fueled, and delivery-ready.
• Conduct delivery ceremonies and ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Explain vehicle features, warranty details, service schedules, and documentation to customers during delivery.
• Maintain delivery records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track pending deliveries and follow up with concerned departments for timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM delivery standards.
