Job summary

Discovery Motors invites applications for an Internal Dealer Trainer to lead learning initiatives across Sales, Service, CRM, and Customer Care teams at Gurgaon. The role emphasizes design, delivery, and assessment of training programs aligned with dealership goals.

You will conduct inductions, refreshers, and certifications, while coordinating with OEM teams and maintaining training calendars. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver training programs for Sales, Service, CRM, Accessories, Insurance, and Customer Care teams.
• Induction training for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, audits, and dealership requirements.
• Coordinate with OEM training teams and ensure completion of mandated training modules.
• Prepare monthly training MIS and reports.
