Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Pune to coordinate SAP PMO operations and delivery governance. You will manage onboarding, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications across L1/L2 teams and SMEs.

You will produce weekly delivery reports, maintain governance artifacts, and ensure security/compliance alignment with customer requirements. 3-4 years in SAP delivery coordination preferred; strong coordination and follow-up skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in SAP PMO, Service Delivery, or Delivery Coordination.
• Good understanding of SAP support environments and L1/L2/SME delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to SAP onboarding, customer governance, security, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP customer safeguarding calls, RAG reviews, and delivery governance meetings.
• Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions through Safeguarding Checklists and Risk Registers.
• Drive SAP consultant onboarding, coordinating with the GSM Team for BGVcustomer documentation, system/access provisioning, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with SAP L1, L2, SMEs, Basis, Security, and Application Monitoring teams for onboarding and delivery requirements.
• Prepare weekly SAP delivery, onboarding, and safeguarding reports for management.
• Maintain Teams channels, distribution lists, onboarding trackers, and safeguarding documentation.
• Coordinate customer deep-dive sessions, delivery reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Track customer security, compliance, and access requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Follow up on open actions, dependencies, and escalations between the ASM, delivery teams, and customer.
• Support the ASM by tracking progress against delivery milestones and flagging risks or delays
