Job summary

Smartsearchonline is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager, Sr in Hyderabad to lead SAP service delivery for multiple clients. The role requires acting as the SPOC, guiding teams and ensuring delivery excellence against scope and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of SAP delivery/PM experience, deep SAP domain knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Travel may be required; ITIL familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years' experience in SAP customer delivery management or SAP Project Management.
• In-depth understanding of SAP & consulting industry dynamics.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage schedules in ambiguity.
• SAP methodology experience is a must.
