Job summary

Infinites Hr Services Pune in Pune is seeking a Delivery Co-ordinator for SAP delivery governance and onboarding. You will coordinate between ASM, SAP delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and supporting functions to drive onboarding, safeguarding, reporting and delivery readiness.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience with SAP PMO or delivery coordination, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards. Hybrid work in Pune.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of SAP PMO, Service Delivery, or Delivery Coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP support environments and L1/L2/SME delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to SAP onboarding, customer governance, security, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP safeguarding calls, RAG reviews, and delivery governance meetings.
• Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Drive SAP consultant onboarding, coordinating with the GSM Team for BGV customer documentation, system/access provisioning, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with SAP L1, L2, SMEs, Basis, Security, and Application Monitoring teams for onboarding and delivery requirements.
• Prepare weekly SAP delivery, onboarding, and safeguarding reports for management.
• Maintain Teams channels, distribution lists, onboarding trackers, and safeguarding documentation.
• Coordinate customer deep-dive sessions, delivery reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Track customer security, compliance, and access requirements and ensure timely closure.
• Follow up on open actions, dependencies, and escalations between the ASM, delivery teams, and customer.
• Support the ASM by tracking progress against delivery milestones and flagging risks or delays

Role Delivery Co-ordinator

Location - Pune Office (Hybrid)

Total Experience - 4 to 5 years

Relevant to SAP - 2 Years.

Shifts - Will have to support beyond working hrs as they need to handle onsite customers. (Not in shifts, but, as in when needed)

The CAS CEP Delivery Coordinator (DELC) will support SAP delivery execution and governance by coordinating between the ASM, SAP delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and supporting functions. The role will focus on onboarding, safeguarding, reporting, risk tracking, customer communication, and delivery readiness.

Key Responsibilities
