You will oversee incident, problem, change, and release management, govern SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate onsite/offshore teams, applying ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Solution Manager to ensure service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of IT/SAP experience, including SAP AMS and service delivery.
• Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager experience in SAP AMS.
• Experience managing SAP AMS engagements and multi-module SAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on with SLAs, KPIs, P1/P2 incidents, escalations, RCA and governance.
• Experience with onsite/offshore distributed teams.
• Understanding ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager.
• Strong customer/stakeholder management and escalation skills.
• Resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and delivery governance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement, automation and operational-efficiency

Role: Delivery Manager - SAP AMS

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 12+years

Shift time : 2PM - 11 PM (IST)

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT/SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP AMS/Application Support and Service Delivery.
• Strong experience working as a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, AMS Manager, SAP Support Manager or Engagement Manager.
• Proven experience managing large SAP AMS/support engagements and multi-module SAP environments.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA landscapes and functional/technical SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on experience managing SLAs, KPIs, P1/P2 incidents, escalations, RCA, backlog and service governance.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service-management processes.
• Experience with service-management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager or equivalent.
• Strong customer/stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and escalation-management skills.
• Experience with resource planning, utilization, budgeting, forecasting and delivery governance.
• Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement, automation and operational-efficiency initiatives.
