Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking an Associate Collection Manager for the Consumer Durable segment. You will manage the collections process for the assigned territory and portfolio, monitor bucket-wise performance and DPD, and drive delinquency control to meet targets.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of collections experience, a Graduate or Post Graduate degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills, with good geographical knowledge of the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• 2+ years of collections experience in consumer durables or similar sector.
• Local/native candidates with good geographical knowledge of the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collections process for the assigned territory and portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance bucket-wise and DPD-wise.
• Control delinquency and achieve assigned collection targets.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and in-house teams.
• Follow up with defaulting customers and initiate recovery actions.
• Trace absconded customers and coordinate recovery processes.
• Recommend legal action for non-recoverable cases and coordinate with the legal team.
• Maintain collection MIS and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
