Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a debt collections leader to manage end-to-end collections and recovery for a designated area. You will lead Debt Managers, FOS and agencies to hit targets and improve efficiency.

The role requires tracking DPD/bucket delinquency, identifying problem accounts and implementing recovery strategies, along with coordinating agency performance and field-force deployment. Experience with legal coordination for NPA cases is essential.
