Job summary

Flourish Ventures is seeking an Area Collection Manager for their operations in Bengaluru. The successful candidate must have between 6-10 years of experience in the collection of consumer or small business loans. Responsibilities include tracking daily collections, preparing reconciliations, reporting, resolving client issues, and managing a small team. A graduate degree is necessary, and a DRA certification is preferred. A valid 2 or 4 wheeler is mandatory, along with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track daily micro level collections of each merchant and identify risks.

• Resolve service issues of clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Manage a team of 4-5 members.

Area Collection Manager

Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily micro level collections of each merchant and identify risks.
• Identify Merchant’s daily collection process at his shop through Mystery/Secret Shopping.
• Prepare account reconciliation statement on regular basis.
• Send daily collection reports to the concerned reporting head.
• Resolve service issues of clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Regularly visit delinquent customer / merchant for the updation of overdue amounts.
• Effectively manage all customer/ merchant related complaints and issues.
• Managing a group of 4-5 team members.

Qualification

• Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience needed. Collection of consumer loans/ small business loans.
• Minimum a graduate (in any field).
• Preferably a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified professional.
• Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, email communication)
