Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Debt Product Sales & Distribution professional to market CPs, NCDs, bonds, and other money market instruments to co-operative banks and institutional investors. You will manage treasury desk relationships, monitor primary issuances and rate movements, and coordinate deal execution across teams.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, ensuring timely settlements, and building a robust debt issuance pipeline in a dynamic market.

Responsabilités

• Market and distribute CPs, NCDs, bonds, and other money market instruments
• Generate investment demand among co-operative banks and institutional investors
• Assist clients in identifying suitable debt investment opportunities based on yield, tenor, and risk appetite
• Develop and maintain relationships with treasury desks of co-operative banks
• Provide updates on primary issuances, secondary market opportunities, and interest rate movements
• Coordinate with internal DCM/trading teams for deal execution
• Facilitate placement of CPs, NCDs, and bonds in the primary and secondary market
• Ensure timely settlement and documentation
• Track developments in interest rates, liquidity conditions, RBI policies, and credit markets
• Provide insights to clients regarding yield movements and investment opportunities
• Identify and onboard new co-operative bank clients and institutional investors
• Build a pipeline of investors for upcoming debt issuances

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Product Sales & Distribution

• Market and distribute Commercial Papers (CPs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, and other money market instruments.
• Generate investment demand among Co-operative Banks and Institutional Investors.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable debt investment opportunities based on yield, tenor, and risk appetite.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury desks of co-operative banks.
• Regularly update clients on primary issuances, secondary market opportunities, and interest rate movements.
• Understand client mandates, regulatory constraints, and investment policies.

3. Deal Execution

• Coordinate with internal DCM / trading teams for deal execution.
• Facilitate placement of CPs, NCDs, and bonds in the primary and secondary market.
• Ensure timely execution, settlement, and documentation.

4. Market Intelligence

• Track developments in interest rates, liquidity conditions, RBI policies, and credit markets.
• Provide insights to clients regarding yield movements and investment opportunities.

5. Business Development

• Identify and onboard new co-operative bank clients and institutional investors.
• Build a pipeline of investors for upcoming debt issuances.
