Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a professional to lead debt product sales and manage relationships with cooperative banks and institutional investors.

You will distribute CPs, NCDs and bonds, assess yield and risk, and coordinate with DCM/trading teams to execute deals in primary and secondary markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with debt products such as CPs, NCDs and bonds.
• Ability to coordinate with DCM/trading teams for execution.
• Understanding of primary and secondary debt markets.

Responsabilités

• Market and distribute Commercial Papers, Non-Convertible Debentures, Bonds, and other money market instruments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with treasury desks of co-operative banks and institutional investors.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable debt investment opportunities based on yield, tenor, and risk appetite.
• Coordinate with internal DCM / trading teams for deal execution.
• Facilitate placement of CPs, NCDs, and bonds in the primary and secondary market.
• Track developments in interest rates, liquidity conditions, RBI policies, and credit markets.
• Identify and onboard new cooperative bank clients and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Product Sales & Distribution

• Market and distribute Commercial Papers (CPs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, and other money market instruments.
• Generate investment demand among Co-operative Banks and Institutional Investors.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable debt investment opportunities based on yield, tenor, and risk appetite.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury desks of co-operative banks.
• Regularly update clients on primary issuances, secondary market opportunities, and interest rate movements.
• Understand client mandates, regulatory constraints, and investment policies.

3. Deal Execution

• Coordinate with internal DCM / trading teams for deal execution.
• Facilitate placement of CPs, NCDs, and bonds in the primary and secondary market.
• Ensure timely execution, settlement, and documentation.

4. Market Intelligence

• Track developments in interest rates, liquidity conditions, RBI policies, and credit markets.
• Provide insights to clients regarding yield movements and investment opportunities.

5. Business Development

• Identify and onboard new co-operative bank clients and institutional investors.
• Build a pipeline of investors for upcoming debt issuances.
