Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to support our global deal desk operations from Bengaluru on-site.

You will review and process sales deals, ensure pricing accuracy, and obtain timely approvals in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Legal. This role requires 2–4 years in GTM finance or deal desk, proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), and strong attention to detail to help optimize margins and streamline processes across a growing SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in GTM finance, deal desk, revenue operations, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Non-Standard Deal Review: Evaluate and process deals that fall outside standard pricing or discount guidelines.
• Approval Coordination: Manage approval workflows and ensure timely escalation of complex deals.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate deal records in CRM and CPQ systems.

About the Role:

What You Bring:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, 2-tier distribution, or hybrid GTM model.
• Familiarity with channel sales structures and partner programs.
