Teva is seeking a data analyst to develop and implement analytics policies, transform raw data into actionable insights, and create dashboards for informed decision-making across departments.

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in statistics, hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and proficiency with BI tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView. Experience with AI/ML applications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or related area.
• Experience with data cleaning, preparation, analysis and exploration.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applied to data sets is a plus.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, and data analysis languages.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Responsible for developing, establishing, and implementing policies and frameworks for Data analysis.
• Responsible to transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analysed to collect insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Collecting data from a range of various available accessible sources and creating diverse data prototypes to showcase data capabilities that aligns with business objectives.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets. Purify data and review computer-generated reports and convert the reports to more intuitive easy understandable format.
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
• Working in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to understand their data needs for analysis and providing tailored solutions that cater to their specific business requirements.
• Responsible for managing vendor relationships and assisting various stakeholders in the RFP process, including but not limited to, governance and financial data management.
• The candidate should possess the ability to critically assess data to extract significant and actionable insights.
• Should contain excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient in distilling complex data insights into simpler terms for audiences without a technical background.
• Should have solid foundation in statistics and practical hands-on experience with statistical software and should have good knowledge of data analysis languages including SQL, Python etc.
• Strong knowledge of various databases (such as SQL, Oracle, etc.) that could serve as potential data sources.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & deep understanding of the industry and business operations is a plus.

Your Skills and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or a similar field is necessary. Having 7+ Yrs previous experience in data analysis or a related area would be beneficial.
• Working knowledge on various BI tools like Excel, Power BI & Tableau, Qlik view etc. will be an added advantage.
• Proven Track record and hands-on experience on Data Cleaning and Preparation, Data Analysis and Exploration, and Statistical Analysis.
• An understanding and practical knowledge of AI/ML applied to data sets would be an added advantage.
