Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to build and implement data policies and transform raw data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards and prototypes that illustrate capabilities aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage vendor relationships in the RFP process, and apply statistics and ML techniques. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau and Excel is required, with 7+ years of experience in data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or similar.
• 7+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) is preferred.

Wherever possible, we should bring through the essence of our EVP pillars, i.e., we care, we’re in it together, and we make work fulfilling.How You’ll Spend Your DayResponsible for developing, establishing, and implementing policies and frameworks for Data analysis.Responsible to transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analysed to collect insights that drive strategic business decisions.Collecting data from a range of various available accessible sources and creating diverse data prototypes to showcase data capabilities that aligns with business objectives.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets. Purify data and review computer-generated reports and convert the reports to more intuitive easy understandable format.Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.Working in collaboration with diverse stakeholders to understand their data needs for analysis and providing tailored solutions that cater to their specific business requirements.Responsible for managing vendor relationships and assisting various stakeholders in the RFP process, including but not limited to, governance and financial data management.The candidate should possess the ability to critically assess data to extract significant and actionable insights.Should contain excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient in distilling complex data insights into simpler terms for audiences without a technical background.Should have solid foundation in statistics and practical hands-on experience with statistical software and should have good knowledge of data analysis languages including SQL, Python etc.Strong knowledge of various databases (such as SQL, Oracle, etc.) that could serve as potential data sources.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & deep understanding of the industry and business operations is a plus.Your Skills and Experience• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or a similar field is necessary. Having 7+ Yrs previous experience in data analysis or a related area would be beneficial.• Working knowledge on various BI tools like Excel, Power BI & Tableau, Qlik view etc. will be an added advantage.• Proven Track record and hands-on experience on Data Cleaning and Preparation, Data Analysis and Exploration, and Statistical Analysis.• An understanding and practical knowledge of AI/ML applied to data sets would be an added advantage.Also Good to HaveSalary RangeHow We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
