Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned SAP Basis AMS leader to orchestrate the core ERP BAS operations and drive proactive improvements. You will manage a 28+ member AMS team, ensuring BAU excellence, incident resolution, and sustained service quality across global standards.

The role requires deep SAP Basis expertise, S/4 migration exposure, and strong Linux infrastructure knowledge. The position offers a path for strategic influence within Teva's SAP landscape, with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis and enterprise architecture.
• Strong technical solutioning for critical issues.
• Exposure to S/4 Migration projects and Linux infrastructure.
• Experience with lifecycle management and operations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a multi-person AMS team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Basis AMS team as the core ERP owner.
• Drive global Basis BAU operations aligned with standards and improvements.

• Lead the SAP Basis AMS Team which is the only core ERP of Teva
• Global Impact towards running the Basis Business As Usual Operations at par to the Global Standards , Proactive Initiatives towards Service Improvements & Strategize the outcome for a better sustainable solution .
• Leading the AMS team of 28+ team members.

Your Skills And Experience

Looking for an experience of 10+ relevant years of experience with below skillset

• 1 . Strong Expertise in running the Basis BAU for complex Enterprise Architecture
• 2 . Technical Solutioning towards critical issues
• 3 . S/4 Migration exposure
• 4 . Infrastructure knowledge in Linux
• 5 . Lifecycle Management Operations
