Shree Kedar Agro Nutritec Llp is seeking a data entry and documentation role to capture trades from multiple WhatsApp groups into a master Excel sheet with complete accuracy. The job emphasizes high-volume processing and strict deadlines, ensuring every trade is recorded, documented, and reconciled promptly.

The role requires CA Inter and a B.Com degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with GST documentation. You will interact with brokers and ensure precise trade records daily.

Qualifications

• CA Inter is required, not preferred.
• B.Com graduate.
• Accounting background with debit/credit, GST, bill of supply, tax invoice, brokerage and payment terms.
• Strong MS Excel skills: fast, accurate data entry, plus VLOOKUP /XLOOKUP, filters, pivots and basic formulas.
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
• Very high attention to detail, and a habit of checking your own work.
• Comfort with a heavy daily volume and a phone full of WhatsApp messages.
• Basic English and Gujarati for reading trade messages and talking to brokers. Hindi is a plus.
• Prior experience in commodity trading, brokerage or a trading firm's accounts is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Track trade confirmations across broker/party WhatsApp groups to avoid misses.
• Enter trades into master Excel with date, commodity, party, broker, quantity, rate, terms and brokerage.
• Keep entries consistent across all commodities with no backlog.
• Prepare purchase orders, bills of supply and tax invoices for each trade.
• Apply correct GST document type (bill of supply vs tax invoice) per commodity/transaction.
• Cross-check entries against broker confirmations and contract notes; flag mismatches.
• Reconcile the trade sheet daily with the trading team and maintain a traceable document trail.
• Coordinate with brokers/parties on missing or unclear trade details.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a data entry and documentation role. It is not an analyst or managerial position.

Trade details currently come in through several WhatsApp groups with different brokers and parties. Your job is to capture every trade accurately in our master Excel sheet and to prepare the documents for each trade on the same day it is done. The work is high-volume and repetitive, and it runs on deadlines. Accuracy matters more than anything else, because one wrong rate, quantity or party name flows into accounts, payments and positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track trade confirmations across all broker and party WhatsApp groups throughout the day, and make sure no trade is missed.


• Enter every trade into the master Excel sheet: date, commodity, party, broker, quantity, rate, delivery terms, payment terms and brokerage.


• Keep entries consistent and up to date across all commodities, with no backlog carried to the next day.


• Prepare purchase orders, bills of supply and tax invoices for each trade, in time for them to be sent out as trades are executed.


• Apply the correct document type under GST, for example a bill of supply versus a tax invoice depending on the commodity and transaction.


• Cross-check entries against broker confirmations and contract notes, and flag mismatches straight away.


• Reconcile the trade sheet daily with the trading team and give accounts a clean record. Keep a proper record of all documents issued, so any trade can be traced from confirmation to bill.


• Coordinate with brokers and parties on missing or unclear trade details.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• CA Inter. This is required, not preferred.


• B.Com graduate.


• An accounting background with a working understanding of terms such as debit/credit, purchase/sales, GST, bill of supply, tax invoice, brokerage and payment terms.
