Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and oriented Call & Trade Executive with 2+ years of core equity and commodity dealing experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling high-value orders for HNI clients across multiple execution platforms (NEAT, MTS, ODIN and Kambala). You will be responsible for real‑time order execution across all exchange segments with a strong emphasis on Commodity Markets (MCX/NCDEX).

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Dealing & Order Execution

• Receive and execute trading orders promptly and accurately via phone / email for HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients.
• Execute trades across all exchange segments, including Equity, Equity Derivatives (F&O), Currency, and Commodities (MCX/NCDEX).
• Manage high‑volume order flow during peak market hours while maintaining precision and minimizing order entry errors.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with HNI clients through prompt, precise communication and regular order confirmations.

2. Platform Operations & System Usage

• Operate trading platforms including ODIN (Diet/NEAT) and Kambala for order placement, basket trades, and position tracking.
• Monitor live market feeds, order statuses, trade confirmations, and trade modifications seamlessly on both execution terminals.

3. Post‑Trade & Operations

• Reconcile daily trades at the end of the market session to ensure zero discrepancies between client orders and executed trades.
• Handle trade modifications, error‑code shifts, and trade confirmations promptly according to internal guidelines and exchange regulations.

Required Knowledge & Key Skills

• Trading Terminals: Hands‑on operational experience with ODIN and Kambala trading software.
• Segment Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of all market segments, with specialized expertise in Commodities trading.
• Client Handling: Proven ability to handle HNI clients calmly and professionally under fast‑paced, high‑pressure market conditions.
• Margin Knowledge: Basic to strong working understanding of exchange margin rules, MTM tracking, and collateral requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with SEBI guidelines and stock/commodity exchange rules regarding phone recording, client authorization, and order verification.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active dealing/trading experience in a Call & Trade setup within a reputed stockbroking firm.

Certifications (Preferred)

• NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification
• NISM Series XVI: Commodity Derivatives Certification
• NISM Series VA / Currency Derivatives (added advantage)
