Job summary

Parekh is seeking a Computer Operator to manage documentation and system processes for inbound and outbound warehouse activities. You will handle sales returns per SOP and prepare MIS reports daily and monthly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehousing experience, strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and familiarity with SAP is a plus. Join our team in Gujarat.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehousing and distribution experience with strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• SAP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and system processes for all inward and outward warehouse activities.
• Process and maintain sales returns as per SOP.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate and follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) collection.
• Handle audits and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure proper utilization of WMS and TMS applications within agreed timelines.
• Maintain monthly stock returns and statutory records.
• Create invoices and generate stock transfer notes/orders against sales orders.
• Manage POP-MCM allocation and related documentation.
