You will prepare MIS reports in Excel and verify data against invoices and transport documents, coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role emphasizes timely data-entry, proper filing, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience entering daily inbound and outbound shipment data.
• Strong ability to handle data accurately in ERP systems.
• Proficient in Excel for MIS and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily inbound and outbound shipment data into SAP/ERP.
• Update GRN, delivery, dispatch, stock, and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and warehouse reports using MS Excel.
• Verify data against invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and internal teams for missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
• Monitor data accuracy and correct discrepancies in the system.
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory updates.
• Generate system reports as required by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of all data-entry activities.
• Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety and compliance requirements.
