Job summary

World Wide Logistics is seeking a warehouse data entry professional to accurately enter inbound, outbound, and inventory transactions into our WMS/ERP system. You will update stock records, receipts, dispatch details, and conduct variances with daily MIS reporting.

Responsibilities include verifying GRNs, invoices, and stock transfer notes, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, and maintaining both physical and electronic records to support audits and compliance.

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely data updates.
• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
• Maintain physical and electronic records of warehouse transactions.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
