Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation required for the role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP system desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS applications within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate collection of PODs from transporters, dealers and sales.
• Maintain relevant process documents as required.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and email to the concerned official on time.
• Process and maintain sales returns as per SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation (filing, records, retrieval) for inward and outward documents.
• Send monthly stock return reports to the statutory department and keep records.
• Ensure all communications are recorded via email.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS application within agreed timeline.
• Follow up/coordination for collection of PODs from transporters, dealers & sales.
• Maintain relevant documents of the process as required.
• Preparing daily, monthly MIS report and to send mail to the concern official on time.
• Processing & maintaining sales return as per SOP.
• Responsible for proper documentation (filing, record keeping, retrieval) for all inward & outward documents.
• Send monthly return regarding stock to statutory department and keep record.
• To ensure all communication are recorded through mail .
