Job summary

• Maintain daily Excel trackers and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, hub, dispatch, and delivery teams.
• Track discrepancies and missing information.
• Ensure timely data entry for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain records of shipment documents and delivery details.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter shipment details, AWB (Airway Bill) numbers, consignment details, and customer information into the system.
• Update shipment booking, dispatch, transit, and delivery status.
• Verify shipment details against invoices, shipping labels, and other supporting documents.
• Generate shipping labels, manifests, and shipment-related reports.
• Maintain daily Excel trackers and operational MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, hub, dispatch, and delivery teams for shipment-related information.
• Track shipment discrepancies, incorrect entries, and missing information.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain proper records of shipment documentation and delivery details.
• Follow DHL's operational procedures, quality standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills
